Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept all card payments, except those made by American Express. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

PLEASE NOTE: Your card is not charged until the items ordered are ready to be shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PLEASE NOTE: In some circumstances we do have to rely on our suppliers for stock, if their stock levels are incorrect, then the product ordered may not be able to be supplied. If this instance occurs we will be in immediate contact and sort out an alternative for you.
Shipping And Handling Both charges for shipping and handling are included in the price that is given at the checkout. On all orders over £150 free shipping and handling is offered. All goods are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery or via recordede delivery courier service. Please ensure that someone will be present at the shipping address to accept the package. If no one is present at the address special instructions can be given to us, however if no one is in to collect it then a second delivery attempt will be made, if on the second delivery attempt there is no one there to collect, then it will be delivered to your local depot for collection at a later date.

*Please note, goods shipped outside of the mainland UK will receive a flat rate charge of £15.00. Free postage is not available for goods posted outside of UK mainland. When you place an order we can discuss the options further.
Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order within 1 to 2 working days, this will depend upon our stocks and the stocks of our suppliers. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods.
Back Orders If you order an item which isnt in stock, then the option to place the product on backorder is offered. Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is not possible to stock every possible variable. However, with close working with our suppliers we aim to have non stocked items with us in one working day. If by chance the product ordered is not in stock in store, or in stock at the suppliers we will notify you by email; you then have the chance to carry on with the order and place it on backorder, or cancel the order.

We will do our upmost in order to get the products to you as fast as possible!
Tax Charges For orders that are placed in the U.K. a flat rate VAT charge is applied (17.5%). The VAT charge is inclusive in the price that you see online. The price you see, is the price you pay! There are no hidden charges.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
